I love seafood but would like to try something different like Caribbean food. I like to have a variety, therefore, I don’t know which way I should go. Eat at a buffet which I have narrowed it down to Bellagio, Wynn & Rio or try to find a good restaurant that serves Caribbean food… This will be my first time in Vegas & through my research I’ve found that the lines in buffets are really long. So should I eat a a buffet b/c there’s more varieties & wait in the long lines or should I find a restaurant & make a reservation & not have to deal with the wait???

Where is a good place to eat on the strip. I like quality and good food,nothing nasty please :). Last time I went to vegas (for my 21st bday a year ago) everything was paid for by my mom and aunt who went with me so we ate out at the finest. This time Im going with my friends (we are all college student) so we obviously can’t go all out.

One night I wanted to do a buffet and the other night a nice sit down dinner (somewhere with good steak or prime rib :)). What are some good inexpensive buffets and some nice inexpensive good quality steak houses? PLEASE BE SURE TO ONLY GIVE ME PLACES ON THE STRIP! Also which hotel has the seafood buffet? Is it the Rio?
